Green-Resilient Supplier Selection and Order Allocation Under Disruption by Utilizing Conditional Value at Risk: Mixed Response Strategies

Two important decisions in supply chains and logistics systems design are the supplier selection order allocation (SS&OA) problem vehicle routing (VRP). Supply disruption may reduce capacity of suppliers, transportation network decrease number vehicles fleet disrupt some routes. Also, increasing environmental regulations awareness makes companies pay more attention to green chain management (GSCM). In this paper, we integrate resilient with under disruption. We present a multiproduct two-stage risk-averse mixed-integer stochastic linear programming for integrated (G&RSS&OA-V) problem. consider strategies before disruption, including multiple sourcing, fortification, prepositioned inventory at protected supplier, contract third-party providers (3PLs). The objective function is minimize total mean-risk cost greenhouse emissions. use conditional value risk (CVaR) as measure control worst-case cost. most significant model strategic determining optimal suppliers operational simultaneously. Other include which should be fortified, amount transported hybrid manufacturing-distribution (HMD) center through or emergency inventory, lost sales. validate proposed its features, several numerical examples along sensitivity analysis performed by GAMS software, shows efficiency application developed model, managerial insights reported. results show that α increases from 0.1 0.9, mean-CVaR 13.2%. As λ 35.6%. increase these two factors risk-averse. expected shortage 150%, 36% while decreases 56%.
